Description:
ULN2803LVS is a dedicated high-current Darlington tube array designed for low-voltage systems. The circuit consists of multiple independent Darlington tubes, each with continuous diode, which can be used to drive inductive loads such as relays and stepping-motors. A single Darlington tube supports a 500mA output current when the input voltage is reduced to 1.8V, and a larger output current capacity can be obtained by connecting the Darlington tube in parallel. The circuit is widely used in relay drives, lighting drives, display drives, stepper motor drives and logic buffers.
The ULN2803LVS has a base resistor in series for each line of Darlington tube, which can be directly connected to TTL/CMOS circuit under 5V operating voltage, and can directly process data that previously required standard logic buffer to process.
